The student apprentices are accompanied throughout their apprenticeship:
In the firm:
By their apprenticeship supervisors, employees of the firm responsible for their practical training so as to enable them to acquire the competences corresponding to the qualification required for the diploma prepared.
At school:
By their academic tutors who are Reims Management School (RMS) professors who liaise with the apprenticeship supervisors. They evaluate the apprentices' commitment and contribute to the smooth progress of the contract.
The student/apprentice is at the heart of this firm/school relationship.
3 appointments take place within the firm during the 26 months of the apprenticeship.
Among other things, these appointments make it possible to take stock of the results obtained, the competencies acquired, the progression points and the development of the assignment.
