In 2008, apprenticeship celebrates its 10 years of existence !
Over the past 10 years, 800 students have chosen the apprenticeship opportunity at Sup de Co Reims.
The "Contrat d'aprentissage" is a 26-month working
contract during which apprentices rotate between academic and working
periods.
The numerous assets of apprenticeship
For the student :
- A real professional experience in a business context
- Tuition fees financed by the company during specialisation periods
- A salary, often higher than the legal authorized minimum
- An increased credibility after graduation
- In most cases, a job offer in the apprenticeship company
For the company :
- The student is used to the company's methods and philosophy
- An active participation to the training of the apprentice
- No time wasted in recruitment.
The apprentice status : to be both an executive and a student.
At school, the apprentice follows the same tracks as the other students and must comply with the same search for excellence.
In the company, the apprentice is an employee. Because of the
particularities of his working contract executed under the guidance of
a coach, he works and is trained by CFA Sup de Co Reims (Centre de
Formation : Training Center).
