The Reims Management School
CFA (Apprentice training center)
was created in July 1997
with the authorization of the Champagne Ardennes Region.
Integrated within the RMS group
Under the supervision of the Reims andEpernay Chamber of Commerce.
The second CFA in France (in the Management School category) in terms of the number of places offered.
It has a capacity of 350 student- apprentices spread over two years of schooling.
since its creation, it has trained more than 1200 students in more than 300 companies.

At the end of the apprenticeship, 1/3 of apprentices are offered a permanent job.
It enables student-apprentices to continue their management training while acquiring practical knowledge within a firm in parallel.
They are given responsibilities in activities such as management control, auditing and accounting expertise, sales and marketing, purchasing, logistics.
Throughout the assignment, each student apprentice is trained by his apprenticeship supervisor in the firm and followed by an academic tutor who is a member of RMS.
One in three firms offers a permanent contract to their apprentices at the end of their training.
A team dedicated to serving companies and students
The CFA team is in charge of maintaining contacts with companies to ensure relationships between the parties involved, dealing with administrative formalities, making contacts with institutional organizations, organizing the follow up of assignments.
Year in, year out, whatever the economic situation, this training pathway has shown its effectiveness in terms of the professional insertion of our students.
