Created in 1999, Team Leader Projects are a SupdeCo
innovation. They represent for the students an opportunity to develop
their skills by concrete results within a project approach.
Addressed exclusively to 1st-year students, Team Leader projects are
assessed. The results are considered in the selection procedures to
study abroad.
Learning and project management
As they build a Team Leader Project, students can :
- Get involved in a team project
- Acquire self-confidence and confidence in others
- Become an actor in the Grande Ecole and the society
- Take responsibilities and initiatives
- Follow and evaluate their project
- Gain concrete personal benefits
A good Team Leader Project is :
- Obtaining actual results and knowledge development
- Learning by controlling the project
- A plus in the CV
